Spring 2010 Registration Instructions

We recommend you print this page for ease of reference and to help you calculate the fees due.

To register for the Spring 2010 Baseball and Softball programs, please review the Program Registration Fees, and then complete the two on line registration steps below.

You must still mail us a check or money order for the registration amount!

Your registration is not complete until we receive your check.  Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you an email confirmation. Please place your child’s name and grade in the memo line of your check. If we do not receive your check within 2 weeks of the on line registration, your registration will be cancelled and you will need to re- register.

Please download, review and retain the Parents and Players Code of Ethics & Waiver for your future reference. This is a very important step in the registration process, and we ask that you review this document with your child. Submitting your registration confirms to us that you have completed this important step that explains good sportsmanship for you and your child. Registrations also will not be accepted without your clicking on the appropriate box to confirm the Waiver.

• If you would prefer to mail in a registration, please download and print the mail in form below and complete it, and send it along with your check for the appropriate fees to:  NCBSA, PO Box 402, Chappaqua, NY 10514.

• Please print off the Parents Code of conduct & waiver above and keep that with your records.

• Registration forms are also available at the New Castle Recreation Department. Please add the $50 late fee to those forms.

• Coaches will be contacting you in late March 2010 with team assignments, schedules and more information.
