NCBSA is proud to announce the expansion of our after school senior softball program, under the direction of Eric Brown, senior softball instructor at Proswing in Mt. Kisco and Board Member and coach of the 18U Empire State Huskies Tournament Team.

The program is an instructional program designed to improve the girls’ fundamental softball skills in a fun and supportive environment.

The program will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays immediately following Middle School, and school buses will take the girls from Bell and Seven Bridges directly to the field at Gedney 2.  Practices will run from 3 PM to 5 PM with pick up at Gedney 2.

The girls will play games against 7th and 8th grade teams from other towns.  Anyone interested in joining us for spring softball should register online at www.ncbsa.com.

Softball Winter Clinics

SOFTBALL PITCHING AND SKILLS CLINIC BY MEMBERS OF THE PACE UNIVERSITY SOFTBALL TEAM

Want to learn how to pitch, or simply improve your windmill skills?  Can't wait until the spring rec softball season to resume playing softball?
The Sunday February 28, clinic was cancelled. The NCBSA had arranged for members of the Pace University softball team to conduct a pitching and skills clinic from at the Roaring Brook School Gym for all girls in grade 4 through 8.
We hope to add a second clinic in March.
Please respond to Michael Rosenberg at plasticsurgeryweb@msn.com if you have any questions.

SOFTBALL CLINICS AT PRO SWING

For any girls that are interested in playing softball this winter, and improving their skills,
NCBSA has arranged winter clinics at Pro Swing.

Whether you're interested in travel softball or just want to improve and enjoy this great game, this is an opportunity to have fun with softball in the winter.  We will be starting this Sunday, January 24 at Proswing in Mt. Kisco, from 1 to 2:30 PM, and continue playing on Sundays until the beginning of spring break.
Instructors from Proswing will be running the clinics, and the cost is $20 per week.  Knowing the other commitments that many of the girls have, we would ask the girls to plan on attending at least 75% of the sessions.  Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested in joining us...
